Answer: A referral fee is usually a payment for
referring a client to someone. In our case the amount would be 5% of the monthly
profits or a one time payment of $400 after the referred clients website has
launched and started taking members

Answer: For our clients our duties range from
designing and building the website with a members section. We update the site
weekly with fresh content that you either supply or we shoot together. In addition

Answer: Yes you can! An affiliate program is system
set up via a 3rd party processor in our case it would be CCBIll. This system
creates incentive for other webmasters to promote your website using supplied
promotional content and adhering to rules of promotion we set together using your
business plan. These webmasters would get 50% of the profits from any sales made
through their promotion of your website. These webmaster in addition would also
get 5% off the profits of any webmaster they reffer to promote your website.
These webmasters create sales you would normally never of had.
Question: What is a TGP
Answer: A tgp or a "thumbnail gallery post" is a
website in which hundreds of galleries are posted daily. its a one stop shop for
people looking for websites to visit and possibly join. I run at current count 12
of these and use them to help promote my clients by making them the number upsell
on these tgps. These TGP's are niche specific to fit your ideal target audience.
If we do not have one to fit your needs we will build one to help you get the
targeted traffic to increase sales to your website.
Question: What is a Toplist:
Answer: A toplist is like a TGP but in a different format.
Its used to trade traffic of which is used to promote my clients, YOU!. A toplist
is valuable in that the toplist turns your exit traffic (surfers that you cannot
convert to a sale) and redirects them to other sites which in turn send you traffic
which you might be able to convert into a sale.
Question: Do i have to live in the same city or
state or country as you for a partnership to work?
Answer: No we do not have to reside in the same city
or state or even country. Most of my clients live in other cities and travel so
much its not uncommon for them to be in a different country every month. We
communicate via phone, email, icq, yahoo im or any other instant messenger. My clients get

Answer: this figure is negotiable but you get 50%
of all profits from members joining your website. You get added exposure to

Answer: All sales are handled by a 3rd party processor
and our my case ccbill. All checks will be mailed directly from ccbill and you
get access to all accounting files from ccbill directly. You will know how many sales are

Question: Who owns the website design and any photos,
video shot by you for my website develope and manage for me.
Answer: If you currently own your domain you do.
if we are starting from scratch you still own the domain. You will own the content
we might shoot as well. I will own a license only. We will draw up a contract to
cover all of this so that you can go into this partnership with confidence.
Question: How long is the partnership
Answer: The partnership is for however long you want
it to be. You can get rid of me at any moment if you are not happy but you must give
me at least a year. Keep in mind that it takes some time to get a website running
and making money. After a year you can terminate the contract with 3 months
notice.
Question: Who sets the rules, who has final say on
whats goes on the website and what is said about the website.
Answer: You do! its your site you have final say on
how you are portrayed on your website. Its your image i am only here to give you

Question: What if i want to shut down the site.
Answer: If you want to quit completely i will help you
remove the website and any likeness of you on the web that we have produced together.
